Step 1: Set information for backup to local folder

See Backup to local folder.

Step 2: Set email information

At first, check "Enable Backup to Email". Then, select an email account.
Backup2Email will generate a default subject prefix for you (Bak2Email_<task name>).
After executing the task successfully, you can see the result in your mail box

Tips:
Subject prefix can be used in setting email filtering rules.
Create a rule like: When receives an email whose subject starts with "Bak2Email_", mark the mail a special label or move to a special folder (for example: "Bak2Email").
